Qualifications

• Minimum 3–8 years of sales, business development, or account management experience within the marine industry.
• Existing network and relationships within the maritime sector.
• Proven track record in generating sales and developing customer accounts.
• Familiarity with vessel operations and marine procurement processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with ship owners, ship management companies, offshore operators, shipyards, and maritime stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for marine navigation, communication, and connectivity solutions.
• Promote vessel servicing, maintenance agreements, equipment installation, commissioning services, and retrofit projects.
• Drive sales of satellite communication, airtime, and value-added connectivity solutions.
• Expand business opportunities for distributed marine electronics and associated products.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
• Work with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain engagement with vessel operators and key decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to growth.
