Job summary

Fuku seeks a Sales Executive/Sales Manager to drive business development across Singapore and the region. Build and manage relationships with ship owners, operators, and maritime stakeholders to identify opportunities for equipment sales, service contracts, airtime solutions, retrofits, and vessel upgrades.

The role requires a strong maritime network, proven sales track record, and the ability to translate customer needs into practical technical and commercial solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–8 years of sales, business development, or account management experience within the marine, offshore, or maritime industry.
• Existing network and relationships within the maritime sector.
• Proven track record in generating sales and developing customer accounts.
• Familiarity with vessel operations and marine procurement processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with ship owners, ship management companies, offshore operators, shipyards, and maritime stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for marine navigation, communication, and connectivity solutions.
• Promote vessel servicing, maintenance agreements, equipment installation, commissioning services, and retrofit projects.
• Drive sales of satellite communication, airtime, and value-added connectivity solutions.
• Expand business opportunities for distributed marine electronics and associated products.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular engagement with vessel operators and key decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
