Job summary

Veson Nautical seeks a Software Support Analyst in Singapore to deliver technical support for their maritime software platform. You will understand client workflows, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.

Travel and in-person client interactions may be required, with collaboration across consulting teams. Strong English, plus experience in enterprise software support and maritime studies, will help you address customer concerns and share knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; Mandarin and/or Japanese beneficial but not essential.
• 1 year+ of in-house superuser or L1/L2 enterprise software support experience, ideally ERP/ accounting related.
• BSc/MSc in Maritime-related studies or Maritime operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Veson Nautical software via phone, email, web sessions, and in person.
• Document and manage daily reported issues in bug tracking system.
• Collaborate with consulting and project management resources to execute client engagements.
• Identify and drive business development opportunities for existing customers.
