Job summary

A Singapore-based role with a global technology consultancy firm seeks Technical System Analysts to join the team. Ideal candidates have a business/IT background and hands-on experience translating business needs into system requirements.

Responsibilities include analyzing systems, evaluating licensing models, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting BAU operations and incident management. Marine operations exposure is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or related degree in Business, Information Systems or similar.
• 3–5 years in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role.
• Experience with enterprise systems and SaaS platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting BAU operations and incident management.
• Familiarity with marine systems (e.g. IMOS) is an advantage.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Relevant degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role
• Understanding of marine operations and chartering workflows (preferred)
• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering, including translating business
• needs into system requirements
• Experience working with enterprise systems and SaaS platforms
• Ability to analyse system usage, licensing models, and cost structures
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience supporting BAU operations and incident management
• Familiarity with marine systems (e.g. IMOS) is an advantage
