Job summary

Veson Nautical in Singapore seeks a Software Support Analyst to provide technical support for our maritime software solutions. You will research and resolve issues, assist clients by phone, email, or web sessions, and document daily bugs and client profiles.

The role requires strong English, plus interest in Mandarin or Japanese. You’ll collaborate with consulting and project teams and contribute to knowledge base content.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; Mandarin and/or Japanese beneficial but not essential.
• BSc/MSc level Maritime industry related studies or maritime operations experience preferred.
• Experience in in-house superuser or enterprise software support/helpdesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Veson Nautical software; troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Assist clients via phone, email, web sessions, and in person; document daily issues in bug tracking system.
• Collaborate with consulting and project management to execute client engagements.
• Identify and drive business development opportunities for existing customers.
