Job summary

Veson Nautical LLC is seeking a Software Support Analyst to provide technical support for our leading maritime shipping software. You will understand customer workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions while assisting clients by phone, email, web sessions, and in person.

You will manage daily issues in our bug tracking system and collaborate with consulting and project management to execute client engagements, identifying business development opportunities and documenting client

Qualifications

Fluent English required; Mandarin/Japanese beneficial.
1 year+ in-house superuser or L1/L2 enterprise software support/helpdesk experience in ERP, accounting, operations or finance.
Maritime industry studies or maritime operations experience.

Responsibilities

Understand customer workflows and troubleshoot issues to implement solutions.
Assist clients via phone, email, web sessions, and in person.
Manage and document daily reported issues in the bug tracking system.
Collaborate with consulting and project management resources to execute client engagements.
Identify and drive business development opportunities for existing customers.
Document client profiles and knowledge base content with clear writing.
