Job summary

The Maritime & Occupational Medicine Clinic Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operational delivery of our maritime medical services in Singapore.

You will be the backbone connecting shipping agents, transporters, hospitals, and medical professionals to move cases from first contact to resolution. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Maritime Studies, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years experience in operations, case management, logistics, or client servicing; maritime/healthcare/insurance experience preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; liaising with shipping agents, ship owners, hospitals and transport providers.
• Maritime regulatory familiarity is an advantage.
• Willingness to be contactable outside standard hours for urgent cases at sea.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of medical services for seafarers, coordinating with shipping agents, transporters, and medical professionals.
• Plan and coordinate operational activities and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Provide professional, responsive client and patient service, ensuring seamless transfers between facilities.
• Attend to client and patient feedback, implementing improvements to service delivery.
• Develop processes and platforms for communication between facilities and documentation related to ship boarding.
• Oversee invoicing, receivables, and vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery.
• Lead and coach a team, allocating workload and handling escalation of complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards in all documentation.
