• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align client service delivery with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on market trends, product updates, and business opportunities to clients and senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build networks and stay informed on best practices.
• Negotiate and finalize client contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor client satisfaction and retention, analyze feedback, and develop strategies to improve service quality.
