Job summary

ShipIn Systems in Singapore is seeking an Installation Project Manager to own vessel deployment projects from kickoff to go-live. You will coordinate customers, internal teams, and external installation vendors to hit timelines and ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success.

Focus will be on expanding remote installations across fleets for existing customers. You’ll need a proven track record managing technical projects involving physical systems with networking components, plus strong ability

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing technical projects end to end.
• Comfort reading network diagrams and IT terminology.
• Hands-on coordinating installations, logistics and external vendors.
• Data-driven delivery with KPI, milestone and timeline tracking.
• Strong ownership; can remove blockers and keep projects moving.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple vessel deployment projects from kickoff to go-live and handover to Customer Success.
• Plan and execute installations, including hardware, logistics, and configurations.
• Manage customers with clear updates, aligned expectations and swift problem solving.
• Coordinate external installation vendors and track their work.
• Drive internal teams to meet deadlines, even without direct authority.
• Monitor KPIs, timelines, deliverables and escalate issues early.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve deployment processes to shorten times.
