Job summary

ShipIn Systems is seeking an Operations Project Manager based in Singapore to own vessel deployment projects end to end, from kickoff to go-live. You will align customers, internal teams and external installation vendors to keep projects on schedule.

You will focus on remote installations across fleets, coordinating hardware, logistics, configurations and services, while tracking KPIs and timelines to drive continuous deployment improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing technical projects end to end, ideally involving installation of physical systems with networking components.
• Solid technical grasp: reading network diagrams and engaging IT teams.
• Hands-on experience coordinating installations, logistics, system configuration and external vendors.
• Data-driven delivery with experience setting and tracking KPIs, milestones and timelines.
• Strong ownership: follow up, remove blockers and keep projects moving.
• Ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders across the organization, even without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

The Role

We're looking for an Operations Project Manager based in Singapore to fully own our vessel deployment projects, from kickoff through installation and go-live. You'll be the person who brings together customers, internal teams and external installation vendors, keeps everyone moving, and makes sure every project hits its timeline.

You'll focus on existing customers, managing remote installations as they expand across their fleets.

• Confidence in front of customers, with excellent written and verbal English.
• A sharp eye for detail and a natural drive to streamline processes, so each deployment runs faster than the last.

Nice to Have

• Background in the maritime industry, whether in ship management, marine operations, technical ship services or maritime logistics.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and video-based solutions.
• Experience working with AI tools (e.g., Claude) and ERP systems.
