Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4–8 years of relevant working experience.
• Self-driven, independent, and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
• People-oriented with good interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Strong research literacy with the ability to evaluate evidence and synthesize sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive framework for industry development, engagement, and outreach.
• Establish systematic processes for identifying and sustaining relationships with maritime stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives that translate research into practical industry applications.
• Lead the building of a robust research ecosystem through strategic partnerships.
• Identify collaborative research opportunities and facilitate joint project development.
• Serve as the primary conduit between CEMS and external stakeholders and funding agencies.
