Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd invites applications for an Officer, HSSEQ to support and maintain compliance across offshore operations. The role reports to the Manager, Loss and Prevention and includes assisting the Head HSSEQ as needed.

Responsibilities include supporting HSSEQ activities, maintaining documents, preparing monthly reports, and coordinating data between vessels and offices. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Shipping or Nautical Studies or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Shipping/Offshore services office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HSSEQ day-to-day activities and projects for training and development.
• Maintain HSSEQ documents (ISM/ISPS/MLC/ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001) for compliance.
• Prepare and maintain office/management and vessel HSSEQ records; track compliance.
