Job summary

GLOBAL CENTRE FOR MARITIME DECARBONISATION LIMITED seeks a communications professional to cover maternity leave in Singapore. You will coordinate collateral, manage media relations, support webinars and events, and keep branding and budget records up to date.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in communications, strong writing and editing skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks. Knowledge of WordPress, InDesign and Monday.com is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in communications, PR, media or related fields.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple communications activities and deadlines.
• Experience with media, social media, websites and events.
• Good stakeholder-management across functions and levels.
• Organised and detail-oriented with disciplined processes.
• Willing to learn new digital tools including AI tools, Adobe InDesign, WordPress and Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications materials including press releases, articles, reports and collateral.
• Support media relations with interviews and media contacts.
• Assist webinars, conferences, and industry engagements with speaker coordination and content.
• Maintain communications resources and libraries (media, photo, video, materials).
• Ensure materials align with branding guidelines.
• Update the GCMD website as required.
• Help maintain budget records and track tasks on the project management platform.
• Support other communications activities during the maternity-cover period.
