Job summary

Michael Page International is partnering with a Singapore-based organisation to recruit a Corporate Communications lead for a six-month maternity cover.

You will manage day-to-day communications, editorial calendars, media enquiries and a major stakeholder event, coordinating with senior leadership to ensure consistent positioning across digital, editorial and public channels. The role requires five+ years in corporate communications plus strong writing and project skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations or a comparable field.
• Strong understanding of communications strategy, audience positioning and channel-specific messaging.
• Experience managing editorial calendars and corporate social media accounts.
• Experience handling media enquiries and coordinating public relations communications.
• Proven ability to organise events for more than 100 attendees.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with website content management systems is advantageous.
• Visual content creation skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write and publish content for the organisation's corporate social media presence.
• Maintain website content and coordinate stakeholder input for an upcoming website refresh.
• Serve as the initial contact for media enquiries and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders.
• Lead a networking event for up to 200 attendees, covering venue selection, vendor management, on-site delivery and post-event reporting.
• Work closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders while managing several priorities independently.
