Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business support, underwriting support, administration, coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience working with systems, data, reporting, and business processes.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or business insights.
• Experience participating in projects, system enhancements, testing, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Exposure to automation, workflow improvement, or digital productivity tools.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to lead and train remote teams.
• Confidence in managing cross regional stakeholder expectations and resolving queries.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and data accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience as an Underwriting Assistant and Business Support in Marine LoB is highly valued for this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records, documentation, data, and system information
• Coordinating operational activities to support efficient workflow management
• Preparing and managing business documentation, reports, and operational information
• Producing reports, insights, and data analysis to support business decision-making
• Monitoring data quality and resolving information gaps across systems and processes
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure information is captured, maintained, and communicated accurately
• Supporting operational priorities and helping ensure service standards are achieved
• Building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Develop reporting and insights to help teams make better decisions
• Leverage technology, automation, and digital tools to reduce manual effort
