Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business support, underwriting support, administration, coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience working with systems, data, reporting, and business processes.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or business insights.
• Experience participating in projects, system enhancements, testing, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Exposure to automation, workflow improvement, or digital productivity tools.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to lead and train remote teams.
• Confidence in managing cross regional stakeholder expectations and resolving queries.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and data accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience as an Underwriting Assistant and Business Support in Marine LoB is highly valued for this role, as it provides the foundational skills necessary for success in underwriting and data coordination functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, data, and system information.
• Coordinate operational activities to support efficient workflow management.
• Prepare and manage business documentation, reports, and operational information.
