Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of vessels, stowage plans, passage plans, cargo works, crew management and training.
• Manage all service reports and weekly/monthly fleet reports.
• Able to travel overseas at short notices for fleet docking plans.
• Maintain good working relations with onboard crew via email/phone under supervision.
• Physically fit to work outdoors; willing to work overtime and under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Daily monitoring of Vessels, stowage plans, passage plans, cargo works, crew management, crew training, psc preparations, company audit preparations, ship audit.
• To manage all service reports and weekly/monthly report from our fleet.
• Able to travel overseas at short notices depend of our fleet docking plan.
• Maintain good working relations with our onboard crew by daily communications by Email and phone basis under their supervisor and other team members to prevent any issues.
• Physically fit to work under outdoor conditions.
• Able to work overtime and under pressure.

• Master Marine onboard experience more than 5 contracts or more than 4 years experience.
• Graduate in Marine field
• Familiar with the industry standards and compliance requirements.
