Job summary

Cambiaso Risso Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Manager for Special Risks to service Asia-wide clients. You will analyze risk exposures, structure tailored insurance solutions and negotiate placements with insurers.

You will work with the Group's Special Risks team in Genoa, plus our Asia broking team, to deliver expert coverage and client service. Ideal candidates have strong relationship management skills, technical insurance knowledge and the ability to liaise across markets and time zones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance or related fields.
• Professional qualifications such as BCP, CGI, ACII or ANZIIF are advantageous.
• Experience in insurance broking, underwriting, risk management or related functions.
• Knowledge of Property, Casualty or Financial Lines insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and partners.
• Assess client risk exposures and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Structure, negotiate and place insurance programmes with insurers.
• Provide technical guidance on coverage wordings and market solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and international teams on placements.
• Prepare market submissions, renewal strategies and presentations.
• Monitor market developments and identify emerging risks.
• Support continuous improvement of broking processes and documentation.
