Job summary

Cambiaso Risso Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager for Special Risks to support servicing and placement across Asia, analyze exposures and structure solutions for clients and internalstakeholders.

You will negotiate placements with insurers and provide technical guidance while collaborating with the Group's Special Risks team in Genoa, Italy, and with regional colleagues. This role involves travel and continuous professional development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and partners.
Assess client risk exposures and propose suitable insurance solutions.
Structure, negotiate and place insurance programmes with insurers.
Provide technical guidance on policy wordings and market solutions.
Support Special Risks opportunities arising from client relationships and business activities.
Prepare market submissions, renewal strategies and placement presentations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and international colleagues for servicing and placement.
Monitor market developments and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
Support improvements to broking operations, workflows and documentation standards.
Participate in technical training and market engagement activities.
Perform ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned.
