Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marine Service Engineer to join our maritime services team in the West of Singapore.

You will attend onboard repairs and maintenance of boilers, incinerators, ballast water systems, and related equipment. This role requires a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years hands-on shipyard or marine experience, and English proficiency to communicate with customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in shipyard or marine vessel operations.
• Proficient in English for customer communication.
• Willing to travel occasionally within ASEAN (1–2 trips per month).
• Willing to work beyond standard hours including weekends and holidays when required.

Requirements & Preferences

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in shipyard environments, marine industry, or marine vessel operations (e.g., as a ship crew member).
• Proficient in English for effective communication with customers and counterparts.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Willing to travel occasionally within ASEAN countries (approximately 1–2 times per month for 2–4 days per trip).
• Willing to work beyond standard hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Advantageous

• Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License.
