Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Sales Admin for the marine industry in West-Central Singapore. You will manage customer inquiries, maintain records, prepare quotations, and coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounting and HR to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in sales administration within manufacturing, marine, or shipping, with strong MS Office skills and excellent organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales administration experience in manufacturing, marine, or shipping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel) for quotations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Register customer enquiries and maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
• Prepare standard quotations, order documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Track quotations, orders, deliveries, and invoices, and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate document flow among Sales, Technical, Accounting, HR, customers and suppliers.
• Update price lists, product information, customer databases, and related records.
• Arrange meetings, travel, and presentations, and file meeting minutes.
