TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is looking for an administrative professional to support the marine spare parts business in Singapore.

You will register customer inquiries, maintain sales records, and prepare quotations and ordering documents to support smooth commercial flows. Daily duties include tracking quotations and orders, maintaining price lists and databases, and coordinating information between Sales, Technical, Accounting and HR teams, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or equivalent in Administration or related field.
2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
Familiarity with customer inquiries, quotations, and records management.

Responsabilités

Register customer enquiries and maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
Prepare standard quotations, order documents, correspondence and reports using approved information.
Track the status of quotations, orders, deliveries, invoices and required follow-up.
Coordinate the flow of documents and information between Sales, Technical, Accounting & HR, customers and suppliers.
Update and maintain price lists, product information, customer databases and related files.
Arrange meetings, travel and presentations and prepare and file minutes for assigned meetings.
Respond to routine customer requests and hand over commercial or technical issues to the appropriate person.
Respond politely and professionally to customer telephone enquiries during office hours and 24/7 emergency enquiries while on weekly rotating duty, accurately confirm and record the details, and promptly hand them over to the relevant person.
