Job summary

EVERHONEST MARINE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

seeks a capable Operations/Project Coordinator to support vessel maintenance and drydocking activities, coordinate schedules, and ensure regulatory and technical compliance to maintain seaworthiness. Key duties include planning marine projects, preparing compliance documents, managing project documentation, and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager and project team in planning, scheduling, and coordinating marine projects to ensure timely execution
• Process vessel applications and prepare compliance documents for class certification, local authorities, and insurance as required
• Coordinate and manage technical maintenance and drydocking activities to ensure vessel seaworthiness and operational readiness
• Prepare, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and progress reports to track milestones and deliverables
• Compile and manage project-related documents including Scope of Job, Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), subcontractor documents, and execution schedules to support project workflows
• Liaise with suppliers to maintain strong professional relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Execute additional duties and projects as assigned by the Operations team to support operational objectives
