You will evaluate quotations, issue POs, monitor orders, collaborate with project and operations teams, manage supplier relationships, and identify cost-saving opportunities to support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project and operational requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contracts.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order status until delivery.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure procurement requirements are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve procurement-related issues, including shortages, delays, and quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options.
