Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Marine Electronics) for an office-based role near Tuas West Road MRT. The position involves supporting marine electronic systems and occasional vessel attendance.

Position: Technical Support Engineer (Marine Electronics)
Location: Near Tuas West Road MRT
Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4800 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical + Annual increment

Provide first-level technical support
Assist in troubleshooting marine electronic equipment and system issues.
Support vessel attendance, equipment inspections, testing and commissioning when required.
Prepare and maintain technical reports, service records and documentation.
Update technical manuals, service bulletins and work instructions.
Coordinate with Service Engineers and Service Coordinators to support service activities.
Assist with the inspection, repair and testing of equipment and spare parts.
Support the maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Diploma or Higher NITEC in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant technical support or service experience in marine electronics, navigation, communication systems or related industries.
Basic knowledge of marine electronics, navigation or communication systems.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Able to travel for occasional vessel attendance or site support when required.
