STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities engineer to lead the electrical and power team supporting vessels during shipyard operations.

The role covers electrical systems, HVAC, power distribution, energy storage, plumbing and infrastructure in a heavy industrial setting. You will develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, conduct system inspections, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and mentor junior engineers while driving energy

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant facilities or electrical engineering experience in industrial/marine projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and preventive maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the electrical and power team during shipyard operations.
• Manage projects covering electrical, HVAC, power, energy storage, plumbing, and infrastructure.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Perform inspections and assessments of facility systems and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports, maintenance schedules, and budgets.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Drive energy efficiency and facility performance improvements.
