This role sits in the commercial function and delivers tailored technical solutions to shipowners, operators and partners across the region. You will translate complex technology into practical benefits, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and act as a trusted advisor through the sales cycle from discovery to onboarding and adoption of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical discipline.
• Experience in presales, solutions consulting, technical sales or customer enablement.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations and solution workshops to customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, understanding customer requirements and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop technical and commercial solutions.
• Support customers in the design and configuration of technology solutions and services.
• Translate technical functionality into clear business and operational benefits for maritime customers.
• Support the technical elements of the sales cycle from early engagement through to solution selection.
• Guide customers through technical onboarding and product adoption.
• Deliver customer and internal training sessions across the technology portfolio.
• Work with Sales, Engineering and Product teams to ensure requirements are addressed.
• Support customer meetings, industry events and product presentations.
