Qualifications

• 8–10 years of manufacturing experience in high-volume electronics.
• 3–5 years of leadership managing multiple lines/workcells.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workcell operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory goals.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Drive capacity planning, scheduling, and resource optimization to meet demand.
• Promote Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement across the site.
