Job summary

Jabil Circuit Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to plan, design, implement and manage integrated production and service delivery systems that ensure performance, reliability and cost control at the site.

You will lead projects to eliminate waste, standardize processes, drive SAP/MES configurations, and mentor engineers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve profitability and delivery.

Qualifications

• Broad range of industrial engineering tools including work measurement and simulation.
• Understand Jabil's global strategies and site capabilities.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities.
• Experience with change management and cost reduction programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement projects to eliminate waste using standard IE processes.
• Develop and verify time standards within the ME team; drive process mapping.
• Drive SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configurations; prepare quotes.
• Coach, mentor, and train engineers within the Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Support Lean initiatives and ensure process standardization across site.
