Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad range of manufacturing engineering tools (work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities/workstation design, operations research).
• Strong financial and analytical ability with a proven change-management track record.
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills; familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement projects that eliminate waste via the Manufacturing Engineering process.
• Verify time standards and report key ME metrics for the assigned area.
• Drive process mapping and standardization of SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configurations.
• Prepare quotes for proposed projects and support New Product Introduction.
• Coach and train engineers and ensure compliance with security policies.
