As a trainee, you will go through a15-month structured on-the-job trainingprogrammewith GSK, gaining hands-on experience, industry-relevant skills, and mentorship from experienced professionals in a world-leading biopharmaceutical environment.

This position reports to the Production Superintendent in our Value Streams (VS 1, 2 or 3) team and is an integral member of Production Shift Team.GSK is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises process automation, quality compliance and continuous improvement.
You will be based at our manufacturing site in Singapore near Jurong.
