The Attach and Train Programme (AnT) is a structured talent development programme designed to build a pipeline of skilled professionals forSingapore’s advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, supporting both current and future workforce needs.
As a trainee, you will go through a15-month structured on-the-job trainingprogrammewith GSK, gaining hands-on experience, industry-relevant skills, and mentorship from experienced professionals in a world-leading biopharmaceutical environment.

Role Description:
This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager or the Director of Value Stream and is an integral member of Manufacturing Management Team.GSK is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises process automation, quality compliance and continuous improvement.
