Job summary

Coherent Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Manufacturing Associate to support all production operations on site. You will participate in setup, calibration, rework, quality testing, and data collection to enable on-line adjustments.

Qualifications

• A Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a cleanroom and following safety procedures.
• Hands-on experience with sub-assemblies and soldering.
• Ability to manage chemical solutions during cleaning processes.
• Flexible to work shift hours.

Education & Experience

• A Diploma in Engineering or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering strictly to policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated commitment to good housekeeping and safety practices in the workplace.
• Hands‑on experience with sub‑assemblies, soldering, and handling chemical solutions.
• Ability to manage chemical solutions effectively during the cleaning process.
• Flexibility to work shift hours

Working Conditions

• This role is 100% onsite
• 3 shifts (7am to 3.30pm, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am)
