Job summary

Concentrate Manufacturing (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Production Operator for a 12-month contract in Singapore. You will operate processing and packaging equipment, perform GMP-compliant sanitation, and support material checks for salts and dry part concentrates, under the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Requirements include English proficiency, 3+ years in F&B technical ops, and a NITEC or equivalent. Basic production knowledge and a proactive approach are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Good communication with all team members.
• NITEC or equivalent qualification preferred.
• At least 3 years of technical experience in F&B industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing and/or packaging equipment per SOPs.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment per GMP.
• Check materials meet specs for salts and dry concentrates.
• Prepare raw materials per plan and quality specs.
• Move materials and concentrates; may require forklift driving.

Job Description & Requirements

This is a full-time 12 months contract role. You will be reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate assigned processing and/or packaging equipment according to the SOP, guides and manual
• Render correct cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment following Good Manufacturing practices
• Conduct checking and inspection of materials to ensure it meets specifications for processing and production of salts and dry part concentrates
• Prepare raw materials according to the plan and quality specifications
• Move raw materials and batch concentrate from staging area to processing area. This may require driving forktrucks and/or motorized and manual pallet stacker
• Perform product and packaged change over
• Perform SAP applications for transacting process order, good receipt and inventory
• Operate the system manually or with the aid of basic process automation
• Follow safe operation of dust collection system along with other Safety precautions and Safety criteria
• Perform Basic Equipment Care, troubleshooting and maintenance of the assigned machine to minimize inefficiency
• Perform 5S, routine cleaning for responsible areas
• Practice and adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OE Eight (8) wastes and Continuous improvement (Kaizen) culture
• Perform Visual Management Board update, recording and documentation and maintenance of necessary operational records
• Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Site System and ensure that a high standard of Health and Safety is always adhered to on site
• Any other ad Hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements
