Job summary

CONCENTRATE MANUFACTURING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a full-time operator for the production and packaging of salts and dry concentrates. You will follow SOPs, perform cleaning, inspect materials, and move raw materials between areas. The role includes SAP transactions, basic automation use, and strict safety practices, with a 12-month contract.

The ideal candidate has English proficiency, good communication, and at least 3 years in a technical F&B setting, with NITEC or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency (written and spoken).

• 3+ years of technical experience in F&B preferred.
• Basic knowledge of production operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned processing and/or packaging equipment according to SOPs and manuals.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment per GMP and SOP.
• Inspect materials to ensure specifications for salts and dry concentrates.
• Prepare raw materials per plan and quality specs.
• Move materials and concentrates between staging and processing areas; may require forklift driving.
• Perform product and packaged changeovers.
• Execute SAP transactions for process orders, goods receipt and inventory.
• Operate systems manually or with basic process automation.
• Adhere to safety policies for dust collection and other site safety criteria.
• Perform basic equipment care, troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Conduct 5S and routine cleaning of responsible areas.
• Follow GMP, OE eight wastes and Kaizen culture.
• Maintain Visual Management Board and keep operational records.
• Ensure health and safety site compliance at high standard.
• Handle ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Job description

This is a full-time 12 months contract role.

You will be reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate assigned processing and/or packaging equipment according to the SOP, guides and manual
• Render correct cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment following Good Manufacturing practices
• Conduct checking and inspection of materials to ensure it meets specifications for processing and production of salts and dry part concentrates
• Prepare raw materials according to the plan and quality specifications
• Move raw materials and batch concentrate from staging area to processing area. This may require driving forktrucks and/or motorized and manual pallet stacker
• Perform product and packaged change over
• Perform SAP applications for transacting process order, good receipt and inventory
• Operate the system manually or with the aid of basic process automation
• Follow safe operation of dust collection system along with other Safety precautions and Safety criteria
• Perform Basic Equipment Care, troubleshooting and maintenance of the assigned machine to minimize inefficiency
• Perform 5S, routine cleaning for responsible areas
• Practice and adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OE Eight (8) wastes and Continuous improvement (Kaizen) culture
• Perform Visual Management Board update, recording and documentation and maintenance of necessary operational records
• Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Site System and ensure that a high standard of Health and Safety is always adhered to on site
• Any other ad Hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Understanding of English Language, both written & spoken
• Ability to communicate effectively with all team members
• NITEC Certification or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience in F&B industry would be preferred
• Basic working knowledge in the production operations
