Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITC/NTC or equivalent with 2+ years in maintenance or production.
• Or secondary education with 4+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, or PLC-based systems.
• Experience supporting equipment qualification, process validation, testing, or documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment per schedules.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Support IQ, OQ, PQ activities including setup, testing, and documentation.
• Assist with qualification activities for product, process, equipment, and lines.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Operations on installation, qualification, and process improvements.
• Provide technical support and participate in nonconformance investigations and CAPA.
• Train operators on equipment operation and procedures.
