Job summary

Medtronic Singapore Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support manufacturing operations. You will perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and safe, efficient production.

The role requires interpreting technical drawings, using hand tools, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. It is based onsite in Singapore with the MSO team and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, vocational certification, or technical education.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment.
Ability to maintain accurate maintenance documentation and equipment service records.

Responsibilities

Perform line-sustaining activities and equipment repairs to support production continuity.
Execute preventive maintenance on production equipment and maintain PM schedules in IndySoft.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment using drawings and procedures.
Support equipment qualification activities including setup, testing, and verification with engineering teams.
Train and certify production operators on equipment operating procedures and processes.
Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and service records per site requirements.
Monitor and update preventive maintenance activities and training requirements in designated systems.
Promote a safe work environment by identifying hazards and supporting 5S and continuous improvement.
