Job summary

Medtronic Singapore is hiring an onsite Maintenance Technician II to support manufacturing operations. You will perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and line-sustaining activities in a fast-paced, compliant setting, coordinating with production and engineering to maximize uptime.

Based in Singapore, you will follow site procedures, maintain records, and train operators on operating procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years maintenance experience.
Experience with preventive maintenance and repair of production equipment.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and schematics.
Experience using hand and power tools and basic testing equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records.

Responsibilities

Perform line-sustaining activities, equipment repairs, and process monitoring to support production continuity.
Execute preventive maintenance activities and maintain accurate schedules in IndySoft.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment using drawings and procedures.
Support equipment qualification activities in partnership with engineering teams.
Train and certify production operators on equipment operating procedures.
Maintain maintenance, repair, and service records per site requirements.
Monitor operational events and training in designated systems.
Promote safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
