Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore invites applications for a Manufacturing Services Engineer dedicated to supporting Fan Blade operations. You will coordinate service providers, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement in asset reliability and performance at the Singapore facility.

Work with cross-functional teams to implement energy, calibration, and quality initiatives while ensuring Health & Safety standards are met. Strong collaboration and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Aerospace Engineering.
• Proven track record in asset management and reliability maintenance.
• Experience in managing continuous improvement projects.
• Familiar with TPM/RCM concepts and Maximo system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external service provider partnerships to deliver Manufacturing Services objectives.
• Develop and monitor service level agreements for providers.
• Provide data analysis to identify opportunities to improve cell/machine performance.
• Support Health & Safety standards and act as Responsible or Assistant RP where needed.
• Lead maintenance activities and coach technicians across manufacturing services.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with internal benchmarks and external regs.
