Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support Fan Blade Manufacturing. You will develop, maintain and improve manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time requirements, while applying manufacturing process controls and leveraging data to drive capability.

The role focuses on technical authority, collaboration with multiple functions, and continuous improvement within a high-performance, Digital First environment.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified engineer or equivalent.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Experience with manufacturing process controls and safety standards.
• Ability to develop and improve processes to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery targets.
