Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Aerospace Engineering.
• Proven track record in asset management and reliability maintenance.
• Experience managing continuous improvement projects and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing services activities at plant and cell level.
• Manage external service provider partnerships to meet business requirements.
• Analyze data to improve cell and machine performance and maintain HS&E standards.
• Lead maintenance activities and coach technicians to deliver quality service.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal benchmarks and external regulations.
