Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia Pte Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support to operations and drive process improvements across fan blade manufacturing.

You will ensure safety, quality, cost, and lead times are met, while developing and maintaining efficient manufacturing methods and digital solutions. The role requires professional engineering status with at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus awareness of manufacturing systems.

Competenze

• Professional engineering qualification or international equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Recognition by a national/international engineering body where available.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to the business.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems and related software tools.

• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are met in manufacturing processes.
• Maintain design conformance and ensure processes meet specifications.

• Apply manufacturing process controls and act as signatory where applicable.
