Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Quality and Engineering activities for products, processes and operations.
• Assist in investigation and resolution of product, process, manufacturing and customer-related issues.
• Support customer feedback and complaint activities, including information gathering, investigation coordination, documentation and follow-up.
• Assist in identifying root causes of problems and implementing corrective/improvement actions.
• Support preparation, review and maintenance of technical and quality documentation.
• Support product and process verification, testing, inspection and evaluation activities as required.
• Participate in product, process and quality improvement projects.
• Collect, organise and analyse data to support problem solving and decision making.
• Work with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Service and other departments to resolve issues.
• Support implementation of process improvements to improve product quality, efficiency, reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Quality and Engineering activities associated with products, processes and operations
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of product, process, manufacturing and customer-related issues

• Assist in identifying root causes of problems and implementing appropriate corrective and improvement actions
• Support preparation, review and maintenance of technical and quality documentation
• Support product and process verification, testing, inspection and evaluation activities as required
• Participate in product, process and quality improvement projects
• Collect, organise and analyse data to support problem solving, decision making and continuous improvement
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Service and other departments to resolve issues and complete assigned projects
• Support implementation of process improvements to improve product quality, efficiency, reliability and customer satisfaction

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical discipline
• Preferably 1-3 years of relevant working experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality, medical devices, life sciences or other technical industries
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Statistical Analysis (Hypothesis Testing, ANOVA, Gage R&R, DOE etc)
• Root cause analysis (Kepner-Tregoe, 5-Why, 6M etc)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively independently and within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Working location: East area
