Private Advertiser is seeking a QA Engineer to lead quality assurance activities for printed wiring boards in Singapore. You will be the main liaison for customer service accounts to ensure a steady supply of quality boards meeting client requirements and industry standards.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, handling customer quality concerns, and ensuring adherence to IPC and internal QMS procedures. You will also support audits and NPIs with QA input.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as QA engineer.
• Knowledge in PWB manufacturing process flow.

Responsabilidades

• Manage QA procedures and be the main contact for customer service accounts to ensure supply of superior PCBs.
• Promote continuous improvement and address customer quality concerns.
• Serve as the main point of contact for consumer quality-related questions.
• Organize issue resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to testing and inspection protocols.
• Monitor product compliance with IPC and customer requirements.
• Maintain quality records per QMS and ISO 9001.
• Create and deliver quality reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Identify persistent quality problems and lead production-related fixes.
• Encourage the application of problem-solving techniques.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Ensure readiness for customer and regulatory inspections.
• Provide QA guidance to production teams.

• Manage quality assurance procedures and act as the main point of contact for customer service accounts to ensure the regular supply of superior printed wiring boards that satisfy client requirements and industry standards.

• In charge of promoting continuous improvement, addressing customer concerns about quality, and maintaining adherence to internal and regulatory quality procedures to promote customer satisfaction and product dependability.

• Serve as the main point of contact for consumer complaints and questions about quality.

• Organize customer issue resolution through root cause analysis and remedial measures.

• Ensure that testing and inspection protocols are adhered to.

• Keep an eye on product compliance with IPC and customer-specific requirements.

• Maintain quality records in compliance with internal QMS procedures and ISO 9001.

• Create and deliver high-quality reports to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Determine persistent quality problems and spearhead efforts to address production concerns.

• Encourage the application of problem-solving techniques.

• Take part in both internal and external audits.

• Assure customer and regulatory inspection preparedness.

• Give production teams direction on quality standards and practices.

• Help with the onboarding of new employees by providing QA-related training.

• Provide quality feedback and validation to support the introduction of new products (NPI).

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
