Job summary

MFB PRODUCTS ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output. You will supervise production teams, enforce SOPs, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of production processes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in manufacturing/process engineering or a related field.
• Experience managing manufacturing teams in an industrial plant.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Plan manpower, machines, and materials according to the schedule.
• Monitor workflow, machine utilization, and process conditions to prevent delays.
• Lead safety briefings and ensure 5S and SHE compliance.
• Coordinate with design/engineering for production rollouts.
• Coach and develop operators and technicians on safety and performance.
• Track production metrics and report weekly progress.
