Job summary
Molex Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support production operations within the DataCom and Specialty Solutions Division. You will drive process optimization, productivity improvement, yield enhancement, and operational excellence while collaborating with Operations, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and EHS.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in assembly process development, process optimization, or manufacturing troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, SOP/WI, SPC, MSA, DOE, and statistical analysis techniques.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Engineers, Assistant Engineers, and Specialists with development plans and clear growth paths.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in yield, uptime, and process capability.
- Lead or participate in improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC methodologies.
- Ensure documentation control and compliance with TS16949 and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer new products to production and ensure safety and quality.
