Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; mechanical/manufacturing/ aerospace preferred.
• At least 2 years in special process manufacturing; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication across functions.
• Ability to guide and coach technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production personnel and resolve day-to-day process issues on the floor.
• Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to enhance quality, yield and productivity.
• Coordinate design, modification, procurement and implementation of fixtures and tooling.
• Investigate deviations, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans for process equipment and coordinate with contractors.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and work with service providers to minimize downtime.
• Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, availability, and performance.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and ensure alignment with specifications.
• Carry out health, safety and environmental risk assessments for processes and equipment.
