Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a process engineer to document and standardize factory processes across the group, and to identify automation opportunities to boost efficiency. The role covers Singapore and overseas deployment within a manufacturing setting.

Applicants with 1 year of process engineering experience will be advantaged; entry-level candidates are welcome as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Entry levels are welcomed, as training will be provided.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Document and standardize factory and production processes and procedures across the Group.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support the deployment and implementation of production processes and procedures across Singapore and overseas operations.
• Manage and support the development of next-generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards through audits of factory operations and process engineering practices across the Group.
• Collaborate with operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
• Perform other duties related to operations and process engineering as assigned.

Education

Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree
