Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. North Singapore is seeking an engineering professional to support daily manufacturing operations, resolve process and product issues, and keep on-time delivery.

You will analyze processes, drive Lean and 5S improvements, support NPI and product transfers, and develop essential manufacturing documentation.

Collaborating with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Engineering, you will help raise efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations, resolving process, product and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and yield.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, lean manufacturing, and 5S to reduce cycle time and costs.
• Support engineering change requests, NPI, product transfers, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Develop, review, and maintain process documents such as work instructions, flows, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and propose measures to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Engineering and other teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements and company procedures.
