Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• 4+ years in process engineering, automation and assembly manufacturing.
• Experience with assembly processes, automation, tooling/fixtures, and troubleshooting.
• Project management and process/equipment validation experience.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing with cGMP/ISO/FDA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations focusing on process optimisation, equipment reliability, productivity and OEE improvement.
• Lead automation, equipment upgrade and assembly improvement projects, including troubleshooting, tooling/fixture enhancement and process development.
• Drive initiatives to improve yield, quality and production output, while supporting preventive maintenance, calibration and equipment risk assessments.
• Manage engineering projects, validation activities and capital expenditure, working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable quality, safety and environmental standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
